Where to Renew the Community Card
The renewal or application for the Permanent Residence Card for Family Members of EU Citizens must be processed at the Immigration Office in your city. This is the competent authority for renewing or processing the Permanent Residence Card for Family Members of EU Citizens.

Community Card Fee
Once you have gathered all the documentation to submit your application for the Permanent Residence Card for Family Members of EU Citizens, or to renew your card, you do not need to make any payment initially. This process does not have any administrative fee.
Once the Immigration Office has processed your application and issued a favorable resolution, you will need to apply for your physical card. At this point, you will have to pay Fee 790 012.
Community Card Forms
The form you need to complete is Form EX 19. Once you have completed the form, you must submit it with the rest of the pertinent documentation to renew your Permanent Residence Card for Family Members of EU Citizens.
After receiving the resolution for the granting of the Family Member of EU Citizen Residence Card and if you wish to apply for the physical card, you will need to complete Form EX 17.
